Many of the wedding venues in Southern California’s most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and many more require the wedding party to acquire a parking service. At Parking Pros, we will coordinate and fulfill all of your shuttling and parking needs on your special day. We’ll make sure that we staff your wedding ceremony and reception properly with enough valets so that everyone can receive quick and convenient service for when they arrive and leave.
If for some reason you have to cancel because of city restrictions,
or you aren’t comfortable having your wedding right now, we will refund
your deposit. No questions asked.
Furthermore, if you would just like some advice on venues, vendors,
security, etc. please give us a call or email, and we would be happy to
help.
Lastly, our company is based out of Westlake Village, CA, but we have
staffed weddings from Ojai to Palm Springs and everywhere in between.

Wedding Service Pricing
We provide separate pricing options for valet and shuttle services for
your wedding. These can be purchased together or separately, depending
on what you need for your ceremony and reception.
You will receive a quote from us to approve before booking our team for
your wedding. We will provide a price based on the number of hours we
will expect to remain on-site for your event as well as the location of
the wedding, the date, and any selected shuttle vehicles.
Valet Parking – $45/hour to $55/hour
Valet parking can range between $45 and $55 per hour. The final rate for your
event will depend on the location and wedding date. To lock-in our
services for your event date, we require a 50% deposit with the
remaining balance due 7 days prior to event date.
Shuttle Service – $119/hour – $149/hour
The price of the shuttle service will vary depending on vehicle selection.
We can provide options as small as golf carts and as large as 12-15
passenger vans.

Insurance
The State of California requires that all valet parking events be fully insured. We will provide you with documented proof of our General & Garage Liability coverage so that you can offer our services to your guests and customers with confidence. We are also fully insured with Workers Compensation.

Valet Parking Permit
